Return Policy

We accept returns on donor drives within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the drive must be in its original condition and packaging. Any drive that has been opened, altered, or used for data recovery purposes is not eligible for return. You *cannot* return an item after attempting a PCB swap. It is your responsibility to know if swapping the PCB will help or not. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
